Super Bowl 50 is set to kick off tonight, and California police are stepping up security for the big game.

There are extra patrols on the streets near Levi Stadium.

Bomb-sniffing dogs will search people before they enter the stadium.

Sharp shooters will also be positioned throughout the stadium, and fighter pilots will be roaming the skies to shoot down any potential threats.

Fans said they feel safer with the extra security.

Right now, the FBI says there are no credible threats.
